Fair and transparent refund procedures for Migration ASAP services

Our Commitment

At Migration ASAP, we are committed to providing transparent and fair services to connect you with licensed Migration Agents. As a service offering migration agent connections for a ₹99 fee, we have established this refund policy to address situations where a refund may be necessary.

14-Day Connection Guarantee

If we don't connect you with a suitable Migration Agent within 14 days, you get a full refund.

1. Eligibility for Refund

✅ You ARE eligible for a refund in these situations:

Service Not Provided

If we fail to connect you with a licensed Migration Agent within 14 days due to our inability to fulfill the service.

Technical Issues

If technical problems on our end prevent the delivery of our service.

Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally made multiple payments for the same service.

Service Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your request within 24 hours of payment and before we begin processing your application.

❌ You are NOT eligible for a refund in these situations:

Successful Connection Made

Once we successfully connect you with a licensed Migration Agent within the promised timeframe.

Dissatisfaction with Advice

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the migration advice or outcomes provided by the connected Migration Agent, as this is beyond our control.

Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided for change of mind after our service has been successfully delivered (i.e., after connection with a Migration Agent).

Agent Availability

If suitable Migration Agents are available but you choose not to proceed with any of the recommended professionals.

2. Refund Request Process

Step 1: Submit Request

Email us at help@migrationasap.com with your refund request including your name, payment details, and reason for refund.

Step 2: Review Process

We'll review your request within 3 business days and determine eligibility based on this policy.

Step 3: Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Important Deadline

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your original payment date.

3. Processing of Refunds

Timeline

  • Review: 3 business days
  • Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: 2-5 additional business days

Refund Methods

  • Original credit/debit card
  • Bank transfer (if card unavailable)
  • UPI refund (for UPI payments)

Any fees paid directly to Migration Agents for their professional services are subject to the individual agent's terms and conditions. Migration ASAP reserves the right to update this policy with reasonable notice.
